An Edinburg woman has been sentenced to five years in prison after pleading guilty to manslaughter. Nallely Ruby Belmares was arrested in 2022 after the death of 37-year-old Teodoro Martinez.
Investigators said four masked men entered the victim’s home, abducted him and then killed him. Three other defendants in the case entered guilty pleas in the case and received long prison sentences.
