Investigators have arrested a fifth suspect connected to the discovery of two bodies in a burnt vehicle in Penitas. Hidalgo County Sheriff Eddie Guerra announced the arrest of the 43-year-old man Wednesday.
Guerra did not identify the man, but said the suspect will appear in court later today. Two suspects are facing capital murder murder charges as part of the investigation into the February 3rd deaths. Two others are facing evidence tampering charges.
