Investigators have released the names of six people who were shot during a dispute in rural Edinburg on Saturday.
First responders were called to the ten-thousand-500 block of State Highway 107 just before 8 p.m. Valente Trevino, Eliazar Gabriel Martinez and Jacklyn Marie Ortiz were pronounced dead at the scene. Juan Luis Guzman died after he was taken to the hospital, while Marco Quintero and Datrell Fleming were in critical condition yesterday.
The Hidalgo County Sheriff’s Office says the shooting is still being investigated.
