A half-dozen shootings in San Antonio over a 48-hour period has some calling for stronger efforts to prevent such incidents.
Officials with the nonprofit Big Mama’s Safe House say San Antonio leaders need to do more to partner with citizens and work to drop gun-related incidents. Of the six shootings last weekend, two were deadly.
San Antonio police have said all of the shootings are unrelated to one another, but aren’t commenting further.
