Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton is trying to stop Bexar County from spending taxpayer dollars on the legal defense of illegal immigrants.
Kyle Sinclair with the Bexar County Republican Party called it a waste of money. He points to studies that show well over 90-percent of those who apply for asylum are getting their cases thrown out of the courts.
