A suspect is in custody in connection with the fatal hit and run of Fort Bend County Deputy Kenneth Lewis. The Department of Homeland Security announced that Dennis Arguello-Acosta was arrested by ICE.
The agency says the FBI received an anonymous tip on March eleventh about Arguello-Acosta’s alleged involvement. Lewis stopped to help a stranded motorist along I-10 near Eldridge Parkway in Houston on February 21st when he was struck by a passing motorist.
