Las Vegas casinos are giving care packages to TSA agents to keep the tourists coming in at the city’s airport.
MGM Resorts International, which owns the Bellagio, Excalibur and MGM Grand, says it’s been sending meals and care packages to TSA agents who haven’t been paid in weeks.
The casino company says so far it has delivered about 14-hundred lunches to Harry Reid International Airport, and more are on the way. There are over one-thousand TSA employees at the Las Vegas airport, which has also opened a “food and essentials” pantry for TSA and customs agents affected by the DHS shutdown.
