A child is in critical condition after an ATV crash last week. Hidalgo County officials said a 12-year-old was severely injured in a crash on the 8300 block of South Tower Road in Edinburg Tuesday evening.
Authorities say the child is still in the hospital. First responders are reminding families to prioritize safety, ensure proper supervision, and require protective gear while riding ATVs.
