By A man is facing charges for allegedly sexually assaulting a minor earlier this year. Brownsville police say 20-year-old Jesus Guerra-Vasquez pulled a weapon and sexually assaulted the girl inside a vehicle after the two attended a party together on January 9th. He was taken into custody on Monday.
