A man is in custody for a hit-and-run in Edinburg that critically injured someone riding a bicycle.
Police say 71-year-old Alfredo Yanez admitted to hitting the cyclist Monday after officers tracked the suspected vehicle to a home in Roma.
The cyclist is reportedly on life support after they were struck on the 700 block of East Chapin Road Friday night. Yanez is being held on 150-thousand-dollars bail.
