President Trump is trying to ease the price at the pump by lifting a requirement that gas stations sell a more-expensive summer blend.

Texas oil and gas expert RT Trevino says this will make a difference of about five-to-ten cents a gallon. Summer gas costs more to produce because it requires a more complex refining process. It’s done to reduces smog in hot weather.
