A domestic violence suspect is accused of firing a gun while Bexar County deputies arrested him on Sunday evening.
Deputies responded to a report that the man had assaulted his adult son at a home on Rustic Brook. When deputies tried to handcuff the man, he reportedly pulled a gun and fired a shot but didn’t hit anybody.
The gun then jammed, and deputies took it away from him. The suspect will be charged with domestic violence and
