Part Of Shary Road In McAllen To Close Wednesday

Drivers are being warned about an upcoming closure of part of Shary Road in McAllen. The Texas Department of Transportation is closing the west side of the road at the intersection of Mile Seven on Wednesday.

The intersection will be rebuilt as part of the FM-494 widening project. A detour will be set up to guide drivers around the construction.
