Former Hidalgo County Clerk Captured After 13 Year Search

A former Hidalgo County District Clerk has been caught after nearly 13 years on the run. Omar Guerrero was arrested in Mexico earlier this week.

Authorities have been searching for Guerrero since 2013, when he was charged with sexual assault on a child.

Investigators say Gurerro is being processed in Houston and could be returned to Hidalgo County in the next few days.
