DWI Results In Austin

Austin Police has released the results of its DWI Enforcement and No Refusal Initiative for the Fourth of July season. From June 19th through July 6th, 38 traffic citations, 59 warnings, and three DWI arrests were made. APD says “this initiative is an effort to enforce DWI laws, keep the public safe by encouraging drivers to make responsible decisions.”
