Activists, lawmakers and others protest President Trump’s visit to the Rio Grande Valley.

A protest rally was held near the border Tuesday afternoon in San Juan. Former San Antonio mayor Julian Castro was among the demonstrators. Castro says the purpose of the rally was to let the President know he isn’t welcome.
