An Alamo man has been charged with negligent homicide in the car crash killing of another man last Friday.

According to McAllen police, 19-year-old Gerardo Sotelo was looking at his phone when he crashed his Jeep Cherokee into a Dodge Neon on the 3700 block of North Jackson Road.
