The chair of the House Armed Services Committee says he doesn’t think there needs to be further investigation into a military strike that killed survivors of an attack on an alleged Venezuelan drug boat.

Republican Congressman Mike Rogers of Alabama said Tuesday that he’s gotten all the answers he needed. The panel is still set to hear from the commander who ordered the strike.

The top Democrat on the committee, Washington Congressman Adam Smith, says there should be a full-scale investigation of the incident.
