The Texas legislature is moving quickly to pass bills in a second special session now that a group of rogue democrats have returned.
The State Senate, Tuesday, passed legislation that slaps restrictions on bathrooms and locker rooms in state-owned buildings. It’s to prevent transgender people from accessing the facilities that are designated for females. The bill also allows civil lawsuits against institutions where violations occur.
