Texas Land Commissioner George P. Bush is suing the Biden administration to restart border wall construction. The land commissioner made his announcement yesterday in Starr County while standing in front of a section of the unfinished wall.

Bush says Congress allocated more than five-billion dollars to construct fencing and walls around the Southern border, and that the President needs to honor that commitment.

Bush joins Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich, who announced Monday that he is seeking an injunction against Biden’s efforts to stop border wall construction.
