Biden Calls G20 Summit Meetings “Very Productive”

President Biden describes his G20 summit meetings as very productive. Speaking at a news conference in Rome, Biden noted agreements on the global minimum tax, a deal to resolve the EU tariff war over steel and aluminum and efforts to tackle supply chain issues.

The President also said he’s hopeful Congress will pass his Build Back Better legislation this week. He then took questions from reporters. Next, Biden heads to the UN climate change conference in Scotland.
