President Biden says he’s confident in his administration’s plan to get on top of the escalating border situation.

Biden made the comment as he prepared to board Air Force One in Wilmington, Delaware, for the short flight back to Washington. He didn’t answer reporters who asked if he plans to visit the border.

There are growing calls for Biden and his team to travel to Texas as hundreds of unaccompanied minors arrive daily at the nation’s southern border.
