President Biden says the U.S. economy is bouncing back. Speaking at the White House, Biden said the U.S. economy is on the move and “COVID-19 is on the run.”
This comes after the U.S. economy added 850-thousand jobs in June, suggesting the economic recovery is gaining momentum. He called the country’s progress “historic,” with economic projections higher than they were before the pandemic began. He attributes the country’s significant success to the coronavirus vaccine rollout and sweeping legislation passed back in March.
