Border Patrol Finds 33 People In Truck Stopped In Kenedy County


The Border Patrol has arrested two men after finding 33 people hiding in the back of a tractor-trailer at a checkpoint in South Texas.  Agents stopped the truck for inspection at the Sarita checkpoint on U.S. 77 in Kenedy County on Tuesday.  A dog alerted agents to the presence of people inside the trailer, which was supposed to be full of produce headed to Houston.  The two men were charged with transporting illegal immigrants.
