Border Patrol Vehicle Runs Over Immigrants, Kills One

The CBP and the Kenedy County Sheriff’s Office are reviewing an incident in which a Border Patrol vehicle ran over two immigrants, killing one of them. The two Honduran men were among several immigrants trying to hide from Border Patrol agents who were searching on King Ranch property near Kingsville Friday afternoon.

A Border Patrol news release states the two victims were in thick and tall grass when they were run over by a Border Patrol vehicle. When they were discovered, one of the men was dead, the other was airlifted to a hospital, where he was treated for less serious injuries.
