The head of Homeland Security says that building more border wall in Texas is a priority for the Trump Administration.
Secretary Kristi Noem says there is currently 700 miles. She told congress that there are eleven contracts to keep building border infrastructure, and five more are in the works.
Congress is looking at spending 69-billion dollars on border security. Two thirds of that would be earmarked for barriers.
