Brownsville Man Killed In Fiery Crash

Authorities say it was a 22-year-old Brownsville man who was killed in a fiery car crash last Friday. The victim, who was burned beyond recognition, has now been identified as Miguel Angel Hernandez.

Hernandez was driving north on the frontage road of State Highway 550 at around 8:45 Friday morning but drove past where the railroad tracks split the road near Loma Alta Lake. His Chevrolet Malibu went airborne over the tracks, crashed, and exploded in flames.
