Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton is on a quest to Make America Healthy Again. He is taking action against General Mills.
In a statement, the AG’s office claims that the cereal maker is misrepresenting its products as healthy. It pointed to artificial food dyes. In a previous case, Paxton announced an investigation into Kellogg’s for similar reasons.
