Both sides will be back in court today as the preliminary hearing for the man accused of killing conservative activist Charlie Kirk resumes.
Prosecutors presented previously unreleased surveillance video Tuesday that they say showed suspect Tyler Robinson before and after the alleged shooting at Utah Valley University last September, including footage from the rooftop where the attack is believed to have occurred.
A judge will decide whether there is enough evidence for the case to move to trial. Kirk’s widow, Erika Kirk, and his parents have been in the courtroom both days so far.
