The man accused of killing conservative activist Charlie Kirk is due in court today. Lawyers for Tyler Robinson are expected to ask a judge to ban cameras in the courtroom during proceedings. They claim that biased coverage of the case is tainting the potential jury pool.

This is coming as Robinson, who faces aggravated murder charges and the death penalty, is also seeking more time to review evidence ahead of a preliminary hearing currently set for May.
