City Hall Evacuated In Raymondville Over COVID-19 Concerns


City Hall is closed in Raymondville over COVID-19 concerns. The building had already been closed to the public since June, but employees were still showing up for work.

On Wednesday, employees were sent home. Officials closed the building Friday until November 2nd.

Mayor Gilbert Gonzales tested positive in June prompting the closure to the public. This month, Municipal Judge Felicita Gutierrez tested positive along with two multi-service center city clerks.
