The Wilson County auditor is behind bars for the second time in six months. Wilson County deputies arrested Brenda Trevino on Wednesday for drug possession. The charge reportedly involves less than a gram of a controlled substance. If Trevino is convicted, she could face up to two years in state jail and a fine of up to ten thousand dollars.

Last August, Trevino was indicted on several charges of misapplication of fiduciary property, along with a local business owner and a Wilson County Commissioner.
