Court Of International Trade Blocks Trump’s Tariffs

A federal court is ruling that an emergency law does not provide President Trump with authority to impose tariffs on nearly every country.

The Trump administration can appeal, which would go to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
