Sources say the crew of the huge container ship that blocked the Suez Canal for nearly a week might be placed under house arrest.

The Times of India is reporting the Indian crew could also face criminal charges. Sources in the shipping industry added the 25 crew members could even be banned from traveling.

A member of the National Shipping Board told The Times, “There is a clear danger that the crew will be made scapegoats.”
