By US Senator Ted Cruz says TxDOT is aware that he took action against some graffiti next to a Houston highway. Somebody spray painted an obscene message about Charlie Kirk onto a wall near a railing on US 59.
Cruz took it upon himself to paint over the graffiti with some white paint. Kirk was a conservative activist who was assassinated last week while speaking at Utah Valley University.
Kirk’s suspected killer, Tyler Robinson, is in custody and has a court date on Tuesday.
