A former North Texas city manager and his wife are dead in what is believed to be a double murder. Their son is accused of pulling the trigger.
Frank Ragan worked for the Dallas suburb of McKinney back in the mid-2000’s. Police did a welfare check on his home, Sunday, and found the pair shot to death. His son, Bryce, was in the home, too. He was armed with a pistol and, when confronted by the cops, was shot.
The department says in a statement that no officers were hurt.
