DPS Warns Politicians

The assassination of Charlie Kirk has ramped up political tensions. The Texas DPS is now warning politicians not to share too much information on social media.

There is a concern that they could be targeted at an event, similar to what happened to Kirk. The agency said they have “observed an increase in violent rhetoric directed toward political groups.”
