A Valley man was killed in a 1-vehicle wreck north of Donna Sunday. DPS troopers say 26-year-old Ruben Pina the Third was speeding north on Goolie Road Sunday afternoon when he lost control of the vehicle, swerved off the road and rolled into a ditch north of Sioux Road.
The DPS is looking into all of the circumstances that may have led to the deadly crash.
