Harris County officials are identifying a DWI suspect accused of causing an accident that killed a mother, two of her kids, and another child on Sunday.
Investigators say 35-year-old Daniel Canada was speeding when he ran into the car driven by the 28-year-old mother at FM 2920 and Gosling Road. The accident involved seven-vehicles, several of which caught fire.
The mother and her two kids were killed, and a two-year-old who was in another car died at a Houston hospital on Monday. An adult was hospitalized. Canada is charged with one count of intoxication assault and three counts of intoxication manslaughter.
