The Edinburg school district will no longer hold classes at an elementary school where E. coli was found. Beginning Monday, the district plans to relocate all remaining students from Canterbury Elementary to the Edinburg Recreation Center.

The district issued a statement yesterday saying the move will help accelerate cleanup efforts while giving families additional peace of mind. More than 260 students were relocated from Canterbury to Freddy Gonzalez Elementary earlier this week. The relocation will last through the end of the school year.
