An Edinburg man is facing charges after federal agents found thousands of rounds of ammunition last weekend. Thirty-four-year-old Jacob Rivas was arrested Saturday at a parking lot in Pharr.
ATF agents had been observing Rivas as part of a criminal investigation and saw him driving a box truck to the parking lot.
A search of the truck found over 100-thousand rounds of ammunition. Rivas was charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm or ammunition.
