Edinburg School District To Provide School Supplies for Students

The Edinburg Consolidated Independent School District says it will be providing students with school supplies this coming fall. School board members approved a budget of nearly seven-hundred-thousand dollars to buy school supplies for more than 33-thousand students in the district this year.

District Superintendent Doctor Mario Salinas says thanks to the generosity of the district’s Board of Trustees, students and families have one less expense to cover after months of governmental COVID-19 restrictions.
