Soldier Murdered In Intentional Vehicle Ramming


El Paso Police say a Fort Bliss soldier was murdered in an intentional vehicle ramming incident.

The report Tuesday says Army Captain Malcolm Xavier Perry died Sunday morning when his vehicle was intentionally rammed by a Jeep driven by Richard Sennessie on John Hayes Street and North Zaragoza Road.

Sennessie drove off and was arrested Tuesday by U.S. Marshals and charged with murder. Captain Perry was Commander of Bravo Company of the 123rd Brigade Support Battalion on Fort Bliss.
