El Paso Schools Superintendent, Former Board Member Accused Of Fraud

Fraud accusations have surfaced against El Paso District officials. Superintendent Juan Cabrera and former board member Dori Fenenbock are being sued for defrauding investors out of five-million dollars.

The money was raised to start up the for-profit online-learning school eSchool Prep in 2018. The El Paso School District board will wait for evidence to be presented in the case before taking any action.
