By An anti-transgender activist, who had her surgery reversed, wants to sue the psychiatrist and surgeons involved in her medical transition.
The case of Soren Aldaco, today, went before the Supreme Court of Texas. Her attorney, John Ramer, says what happened to his client was “medical scandal.”.
Aldaco has been trying to argue that the state’s two year deadline for medical malpractice cases should not apply when they involve gender-modification.
