By Texas Congressman Chip Roy is accusing Democrats of holding the country hostage by not voting for a funding plan that would restart the government. He claimed that his political opponents wanted to keep the government closed in order to fuel this past weekend’s “No Kings” rally. He suggested that the event was funded by those who wanted to promote communism and socialism in America.
