An illegal immigrant from Mexico, who was selling both drugs and machine guns out of his home in Laredo, has been given a 500-month prison sentence.
Carlos Garcia-Guajardo was busted in an undercover sting operation. At trial, the jury was shown videos of the 34-year old allowing children to test fire the assault rifles while he drank and used drugs.
Court records show that Garcia-Guajardo had been deported twice but snuck back during in the Biden Administration.
