By Harlingen’s mayor is running for a second term. Mayor Norma Sepulveda announced her reelection bid on social media on Monday.
Sepulveda is the first woman to be elected mayor in the city, starting her first term in 2022. Sepulveda is planning a campaign kickoff event on September 4th.
