President Trump’s Health Secretary is giving Capitol Hill lawmakers an update on a measles outbreak that started in Texas and has spread to a handful of other states.
Robert F. Kennedy Junior told a Senate committee that the best way to stop it is through vaccinations. He said in a Senate hearing that the current outbreak is sitting at 1035 cases. But, he says, it’s slowing.
Just over two-dozen cases were added last week. In Canada, he says, a measles outbreak is double what we’re seeing here.
