By Hidalgo County is getting ready for the upcoming primary election. The county’s Elections Department tested voting machines for logic and accuracy on Friday.
Officials say the test assures the public that ballots are accurate and that votes will be counted correctly. Early voting is set to begin on February 17th, with Election Day set for March 3rd.
